Boeing has received an order for the supply of Qatar Airways aircraft worth $200 billion

Boeing Co. has received an order for the supply of 160 Qatar Airways aircraft. The total amount of the order is $200 billion.

The deal was announced during the visit of US President Donald Trump to Doha. Trump and Qatar‘s Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani attended the signing ceremony, according to Reuters.

Trump noted that this contract is a record in the history of Boeing. Boeing shares gained 1.6% in price during trading on Wednesday. Since the beginning of this year, their value has increased by 16.8%.
